Takokill is a fictional character and third-party Transformer homage to Octopunch made by Play With This Too. He is a Heretic villain.

Takokill is a fictional character created by Play With This Too as part of their Lost Protectors series. Rik Alvarez described him as being like an engineer from the film Prometheus.
Development
Takokill is an homage to Generation 1 Octopunch.
Ancient Astronaut was designed by Aaron Archer and revealed at TFcon Chicago 2014.
Reception
The Retro Robot Radio show for October 25th, 2014 interviewed Rik Alvarez. The show discussed Play With This Too team members Mark Wong, Steve Redinger, Trent Troop, Ken Christiansen, Aaron Archer and Simon Furman. It also talked about the toys for Ancient Astronaut, Astroblast, Bloodbath, Boneyard, Desolataur, Jetwash and Steel Cock as well as the first three volumes of Head Shots.[1]
The TFYLP podcast for October 25th, 2014 interviewed Rik Alvarez and Aaron Archer. They talked about the main villain Ancient Astronaut, the vampire villain Bloodbath, the gladiator hero Boneyard and the flying hero Jetwash.[2]
The Shattered Cast Uncut podcast for October 30th, 2014 discussed Ancient Astronaut, Astroblast, Bloodbath, Boneyard, Desolataur, Jetwash and Head Shots Vol. 1 through 3 in the news. The hosts liked the Pretender homages, but did not understand the Head Shots. They said some of the designs reminded them of characters from Inhumanoids, Men in Black and Ren and Stimpy.[3]
The [email protected] podcast for October 27th, 2014 interviewed Rik Alvarez. He talked about Ancient Astronaut, Astroblast, Desolataur and the Play With Yourself box set.[4]
The [email protected] podcast for November 1st, 2014 discussed the Ancient Astronaut, Bloodbath, Boneyard, Desolataur, Flarestrike, Jetwash and Head Shots Vol. 1 through 3 in the news. They said Xando looks like a G.I. Joe alien and talked about Aaron Archer and Simon Furman joining Play With This Too.[5]
The Retro Robot Radio show for December 6th, 2014 talked about Ancient Astronaut, Ankhor, Desolataur and Mainsail and Sir Fangramore LeVenomous in the news.[6]
Fictional biography
Takokill is the main villain in the Play With This Too toy line. He is a former hero who was partner to Boneyard, and was infected by an evil alien.

- A 1:12 scale articulated figure with interchangeable head and limbs. He has numerous 3mm and 5mm connector ports. The suction cups on his tentacles have 3mm and 5mm holes on them that can hold accessories. Comes with two alternate monster heads.
- Takokill shares some parts with Sir Fangramore LeVenomous.
