Suresh Manasharamani was born into a Sindhi family on 22 January 1958 (age 64, as of 2022). His mother's name is Late Smt. Laju Mansharamani, and father, Late Mohan Lal Mansharamani. Mr. Mansharamani was born in a refugee camp in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India.
Suresh Manshramani has one brother and two sisters. They are Ramesh Mansharamani and Veena Ballani, and Beena Jotwani.

Biography
Suresh Mansharamani is an Indian National businessman proficient in three languages -English, Hindi, and Sindhi. His journey, as aforementioned, was not a cakewalk. Born in a refugee camp to a very humble background, Suresh Mansharamani had very challenging stepping stones.
Suresh Mansharamani's professional career began with a modest job rendering him Rs 300. It did not deter him, as he went on to turn this Rs 300 into a 300-times-oversubscribed IPO in 1995. As a result, his company got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, and he received a Presidential Award. He had ambition, and a dash of madness to propel him to self-made multimillionaire stature at the age of 38.
Suresh Mansharamani's biggest disappointment occurred in 2006 when he launched the online DVD rental service MovieMart.in. Ultimately generated a lot of buzz and media attention, but it failed horribly. He lost millions of rupees in the process. Suresh Mansharamani, on the other hand, considered it a minor setback to give his all. His inner self, with the "Never Quit" slogan, motivated him back then, and he still installs the same courage with this quote in his fellow students.
After that, he established the Tajurba Business Network in 2017 with a vision to connect 10 million MSMEs in India with the Tajurba Platform, which provides -Management Consulting, Corporate Training, Business Consulting, Life Coaching, Team Building, Executive Coaching, and Negotiation Leadership. Suresh Mansharamani did his schooling at Government Boys Higher Secondary School. Then, he pursued his B. Com from the Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, University Delhi. Finally, he enrolled in California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration for a Doctor of Business Administration and Management.
Career
With a background in the field of commerce, Suresh Mansharamani started with a bare minimum of 300 rupees as a salary. In 1995, his 300 times oversubscribed IPO led to his company as listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, followed by a Presidential Award.
Suresh Mansharamani started in the business arena with no mentor, capital, or even the ability to speak or write in English back then. However, he made himself a self-made multimillionaire by the age of 38. He had his set of failures in 2006, (DVD rentals), where he lost crores. Nevertheless, he continued to be persistent.
In 2017, he incorporated Tajurba Business Network with the sole vision of connecting 10 million MSMEs of the nation through this platform he founded. He helps individuals and businesses achieve their Big hairy, Audacious Goals (BHAGS) in 90 days. Suresh Mansharamani is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Business Coach, OKR Coach, and author of 8 books.
