Mugan Vox with Badbat are fictional characters made by Keith's Fantasy Club as third party Transformers. They are homages to the Generation 1 Transformers characters Soundwave and Ratbat.

Mugan Vox and Badbat are homages to the Decepticons Soundwave and Ratbat.

Development
In September 2013 Keith's Fantasy Club announced an upcoming toy called Mugan Wave.
In October 2013 Big Bad Toy Store posted pictures and preorders of Mugan Vox with Badbat.[1]
Reception
The Retro Robot Radio podcast for October 5th, 2013 covered Keith's Fantasy Club Mugan Wave in the news.[2]
Fictional biography
Mugan Vox: Part of the Mugan Clan, Vox is an absolute master of deception and manipulation. With his ability to record and edit all conversations internally, Vox has a talent which can readily be used against the enemy, and he often plays “both sides against the middle”, or should that be all sides? For the gangs of E.A.V.I. Metal are many. His talents on the battlefield are legendary, but more-so because he controls the flow of information than for his talents as a warrior; although his skills are above par. Indeed, he prefers to use others to do his dirty work for him, and is not above recruiting / bullying minions into these positions, going so far as to use blackmail to achieve his goals. He has often pondered about the possibility of binding minions to his body in some way, so they could always be on hand should he need them.... Vox is not without weakness however; without a central pillar of leadership, he is often at a loss of what to do with his talents. Out of sheer boredom, he sometimes turns his allies in the Mugan clan against themselves for his amusement. This has caused fractures so divisive, they have threatened to tear the clan apart.Bad Bat: Bad Bat exists in two universes. In one he is still a free agent, trying to survive the Clan warfare destroying the planet. In the other he is bound to Vox, trapped in a cassette form and vowing to one day be free.

- Mugan Vox is a recolor remold of Micro Robo and Mugan Scope, who has a new head and weapons. He turns from robot to tank or scanner.
- Badbat is a new mold and turns from robotic bat to microcassette.
