King Rex
King Rex and Bladeback are fictional characters made by Keith's Fantasy Club as third party Transformers. They are homages to the Generation 1 Transformers characters Grimlock and Snarl.

Development
In May 2013 Keith's Fantasy Club teased images of microcassettes with the names species of Dinosaurs on them.[1]
In June 2013 A shadowed image of the prototype of King Rex was posted to the Weibo page for Eagle's TF.[2]
Concept art of King Rex and Bladeback was previewed at TFcon 2013's Third Party Panel.[3]
Reception
The Good Morning, Cybertron! podcast for July 29th, 2013 discussed the Keith's Fantasy Club Airdancer, Haiku, Evil Ironpaw, Justice Ironpaw, King Rex and Bladeback, Night Stalker, Overslay and Haymaker and Sencho Barbossa in the news.[4]
