Dinotron is a fictional character from the Transformers series. He is a surly Dinobot.

Beast Machines
Stubborn and surly, Dinotron is the most uncooperative of the Dinobots. Does not favor his new technorganic design but is disgusted by Megatron's "new order."
Diamond plated "helmet" coupled with explosive speed send Vehicons flying. Giant tail can shatter a 20 foot concrete cube while titanium hide makes him resistant to most attacks. Tail weapon deploys into spinning blade that immediately carbonizes and disintegrates all alloys with which it comes in contact. Dinotron is depicted as standing about 10 feet tall.

Transformers: Universe - Wreckers #1 contains a story called "Departure". The Wreckers, Mutants and Dinobots arrive on Cybertron and are sent on missions by the Oracle.
Transformers: Universe - Wreckers #2 contains a story called "Betrayal" - the Dinobots are attacked by the Dweller.
Transformers: Universe - Wreckers #3 contains a story called "Disclosure". Dinobots Terranotron, T-Wrecks, Triceradon and Dinotron join Devcon, who is hunting Cryotek.
According to the script for the unreleased issue #4 of Transformers: Universe - The Wreckers Devcon and the Dinobots returned to Cybertron where they helped repel the an invasion by the Quintessons.
Fun Publications
The story of the Dinobots continued in Wreckers: Finale Part II by Fun Publications. Arriving on Cybertron during a Quintesson invasion the Dinobots take the eastern flank of the defense, driving the Quintessons back, which is reported to Cheetor by Skydive. During the battle T-Wrecks finds the fact that the other Dinobots are keeping score of their kills a bit tacky.
Toys
- Beast Machines Deluxe Dinotron
- The Dinotron toy was part of the first wave of the Dinobot faction of Beast Machines which featured no new molds but did release molds previously unseen in America. He was a recolor of Beast Wars Neo Hardhead; however Dinotron traces his roots even further back as Hardhead was actually a slight retooling of the Beast Wars Dinobot mold. [1]
