Enroute International Limited is a management consultancy agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 2008, enroute has built its reputation around delivering diversified business solutions. Company History

The seed of Enroute was first sowed in 2008 after exactly visualizing & minutely comprehending the business trend of near and distant future by its forerunner. Within no time the seed became a sapling with four different services which today have grown into a stout banyan tree with many strategically designed & practically measured branches. Managed Services:

Managed services are specifically designed process to meet the client’s specific requirements. It can vary from client to client based on their necessities, organizational and market challenges. To fulfill the client’s customized needs and requirements managed services are structured and executed. Enroute’s Managed services include HR outsourcing[2], Facilities management, Payroll solution, brand Marketing activation & event management. Under managed services practice, Enroute provides different modes of services. Focusing on the solution of the need of accountants and finance professionals[3], Enroute provides leading pay solutions and accounting services for the clients that require top end business support.

Recruitment:

Enroute provides recruitment services for the organizations it partners with. From entry level to executive and management level recruitment services are provided through enroute’s recruitment process. It also focuses on client’s operational requirement that aims at meeting the client’s business needs. Enroute’s recruitment service includes headhunting, bulk/skill recruitment, assessment center development and management. With the resources of recruitment department, enroute hires specialists[4] under different departments according to the skills for itself and the clients. Being the leading HR outsourcing practitioners[5] in Bangladesh, Enroute has also led by example in complying with the labor laws and operated with leading methods of operation.

Executive Education:

Enroute’s aim at building future ready human asset for the partner organizations are fulfilled through executive education department. According to the need analysis and target enroute designs its development plans and implements in association with top facilitators and experts. Enroute’s executive education offers services in different segments with open courses, customized training & development programs, e-learning programs, skill development & workplace wellbeing. In progression to the wellbeing program, enroute’s executive education wing specifically organized the first ever Industrial Organizational Psychology Conference in Bangladesh[6]. This especially designed program for the future of workplace wellbeing facilitated psychology practitioners and industry leaders from different arenas. Psychology Department, University of Dhaka brought the much needed thought partnership in bringing this initiative into reality. The total number of response in the 2nd I-O psychology conference was also inspiring as total registered participants were 800+, total submitted papers: 10, Academicians: 05, Industry Leader: 08, Representatives from Bangladesh Govt. Organizations: 04.

Consultancy:

Rapidly growing business requires sustainability. Enroute provides the required consultancy for its clients that are futuristic and aims at solving clients’ business challenges. Enroute’s management consultancy ensures consultancy and implementation under same department. A special coverage under the consultancy service is character licensing. Warner Media , Turner Entertainment[7] & Green Gold Animations. partnered in Bangladesh[8] with Enroute International Limited to provide the character licensing[9] services for the region of Bangladesh & Nepal.  Enroute has also been pioneer of management consultancy services & the importance of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)[10] services has well been vitalized way before by Enroute’s forerunners.

Enroute Supportive SBUs

Enroute Management Consulting (EMC)

Enroute Management Consulting (EMC) is the SBU under Recruitment department that fast tracks the process of recruitment through its established job portal. Using the portal EMC collects all the necessary executive and c section CV’s for itself and partnering organizations. From time to time, EMC also arranges different workshops and seminars for the future workforce candidates that includes different programs in the universities[11]. One of those initiatives were Dream Dare Do![12] The primary focus of this special campus workshop was to equip the fresh graduates and final year students to brand themselves properly according to the job market requirements[13]. Enroute also participates in career fair for the youth[14] to groom them for the future[15].

Enroute Center For Development (ECDL)

Enroute Center For Development (ECDL) is another SBU under Executive Education department. Enroute spearheads all the educational developments and operations for its clients. ECDL is also responsible for delivering learning and development projects from Govt and INGOs. This SBU also has a B2C section where individuals can reshape their career learning specific career needs. Alongside ECDL’s very own initiative of Industrial organizational psychology conference, ECDL also participates in many thought leadership programs, seminars and workshop as partners. Thrust on comprehensive outline to digitize EDN sector[16], a seminar organized by ACCA[17] has seen the participation of ECDL. For individual courses and developments ECDL uses the specifically designed courses. ECDL has also collaborated with Sajida Foundation[18] on delivering Managerial And Leadership Skill Development to their employees.

Sudoksho

Keeping in mind of the future learning in physical and blended mode, Enroute has established the e-learning platform Sudoksho, specifically designed to deliver its clients learning resources and educational modules in quick succession according to the client’s own pace. Sudoksho serves its customers in different domains. NBFI, Banks, Skill Development etc are some of them. In this age of digitalization, Sudoksho has added the much needed option of digital training for the employees[19] working under different organization. In close. Sudoksho also offers AML & CFT certification trainings for banking and non-banking financial individuals. Sudoksho has trained many finance individuals including IPDC Finance[20] individuals according to the AML & CFT compliance to tackle money laundering and terror financing through it’s robust e-learning facilities. Not just that, in close collaboration with EMK Center Sudoksho has also provided the much needed SDG Training for the youth to develop[21] their skills and sense of responsibilities.

Enroute has the following licenses that authorizes its legitimacy and insurance of services,

  • Provident Fund and Gratuity certification from Govt. of Bangladesh.
  • DIFE License to authorized contractual service partnership.
  • Short code license from BTRC.

Assessed by Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh CRAB, Enroute has the A3 credit rating.
