Nemesis was a Combiner project devised by Cy-Kill, leader of the Renegades in the GoBots series.

Project: Nemesis was devised as a tank version of the Renegades' previous combiner, Grungy, and first employed to attack a peace conference between UNECOM, the Rock Lords of Quartex, and the Guardians. After forming an alliance with Magmar, the Renegades attacked the peace conference. The Guardians and their allies briefly held the enemy force at bay, with Courageous and Fossilsaurus serving to counter the enemy combiners Puzzler and Monsterous. However, at this point Cy-Kill unleashed his trump card, Nemesis, who soon turned the tide in favor of the Renegades. [1]
However, the heroes soon managed to turn the villains against each other, and with their forces divided the Renegade Combiners, Nemesis included, were routed and imprisoned. [2]
