Mohammad Arifuzzaman is a well-educated person. He passed his SSC, HSC and B.S.S (Honours). For his higher education, he did his Master in Social Science, Master in Business Administration, Master Of Governance And Development Studies [MGDS]. Mohammad Arifuzzaman is also a Ph.D. holder in Philosophy.

Throughout his Sixteen (16+) years, Mohammad Arifuzzaman has experience in the Banking & Real Estate Sector as well as a Sales & Marketing department in different companies. Through successful management of both internal & external relationships, Mohammad Arifuzzaman have accelerated the achievement of his goals & established himself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations. Now he has taken up a leadership role as the Managing Director & CEO at one of the most reputed companies in the country's real estate industry, Real Capita Group of Companies, since the year 2017. They started to build his dream projects “RC Maya Kanon” and “RC Rivary Village” under Real Capita Group from the very beginning, those two projects are running successfully with his skill, experience and honesty.
