Mohammad Arifuzzaman is a well-educated person. He passed his SSC, HSC and B.S.S (Honours). For his higher education, Mohammad Arifuzzaman did his Masters in Social Science, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Governance And Development Studies [MGDS]. Mohammad Arifuzzaman is also a Ph.D. Research Fellow in Real Estate & Property Management.

Throughout his Sixteen (16+) years of professional life , Mohammad Arifuzzaman has experience in the Banking & Real Estate Sector as well as a Sales & Marketing department in different companies. Through successful management of both internal & external relationships, Mohammad Arifuzzaman have accelerated the achievement of his goals & established himself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations. Now he has taken up a leadership role as the Managing Director & CEO at one of the most reputed companies in the country's real estate industry, Real Capita Group of Companies , since the year 2017. They started to build his dream projects “RC Maya Kanon” and “RC Rivary Village” under Real Capita Group from the very beginning, those two projects are running successfully with his skill, experience and honesty .
