Usage
- Use {{pp-protected/doc}} for the normal template
- Use {{pp-protected/doc|reason=text}} for applying a specific reason
- Use {{pp-protected/doc|expiry=June 11, 2024}} for a specific expiration date
- Use {{pp-protected/doc|small=yes}} for just an icon at the top
- Use {{pp-protected/doc|expiry={{subst:#time:F j, Y|+7 days}}}} for a specific expiration time period
Note that (UTC) will be added automatically.
Depending on the namespace, this template will categorize pages into Category:WikiAlpha protected pages, Category:WikiAlpha fully-protected project pages, Category:WikiAlpha fully-protected files, Category:WikiAlpha fully-protected templates, Category:WikiAlpha fully-protected talk pages and Category:WikiAlpha protected user and user talk pages. When the protection is expired, it will additionally categorize into Category:Wikipedia pages with incorrect protection templates.
