Tami Davis Biddle is an American historian, known for her analysis of the development of, and later practice, of the idea of Strategic bombing.[1] She held the Elihu Root chair of military studies professorship at the United States Army War College from 2001 to 2021.[2] She had first been a professor at Duke University, and earned her PhD at Yale University.

On June 5, 2020, she was one of four faculty members recognized with an Excellence in Public Scholarship and Engagement Award.[3]

On October 9, 2022, the Pennsylvania Patriot News published an op-ed by Biddle, in which she exorted Pennsylvania voters to not vote for Doug Mastriano, for governor, or Scott Perry for the U.S. Congress, two former Army officers who had been her students at the War College, due to their support for the attempt former President Donald Trump's attempt to seize control of the US Congress.[4]
