Sebastian Celea (born February 3, 1981, in Constanța, CT, Romania) is a famous businessman in the Principality of Monaco, where he has been residing since 2011. Currently, he is the CEO of Capital Finance Ltd and the President of the Romania-Latvia Bilateral Chamber of Commerce.
