Ryan Stoltzfus is an American career coach, entrepreneur, and human resources professional, as the the founder of Job Hackers Network, an organization focused on helping professionals maximize their earning potential and take control of their careers.
Career
Prior to starting his own venture, Ryan served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at ADP from 2016 to 2022, where he advised over 200 leaders and associates one-on-one, while also playing a key role in developing and implementing ADP's global career development program for its 60,000+ employees worldwide.
Before ADP, Ryan held various leadership positions in HR at companies such as Booking.com, Technifind International, and the Visiting Nurse Association of El Paso.
Job Hackers Network
In 2020, Ryan founded Job Hackers Network with the goal of bringing a systematic approach to the job search process. The company's flagship "Job Hackers Method" is a three-phase program designed to help clients gain career clarity, craft a compelling professional brand, network directly with hiring managers, and continuously refine their job search strategy.
A core principle underlying Ryan’s approach centers around aligning clients with roles that energize and engage their unique strengths. Rather than promoting generic job search advice, the Job Hackers program focuses exclusively on high-value, proven strategies backed by testimonials and successful career transition results from past clients. Education
Ryan earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at El Paso, where he was a member of the Alpha Chi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies for being in the top 10% of his class. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance from New Mexico State University, having graduated with honors and a Presidential Scholarship. Additionally, Ryan has attained the prestigious designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SCP).
