Mama Rose Oduah (born 25 October 1960) is a Nigerian civil servant She is the mother of Reverend Samuel Kporaro.

Early life

Rose Oduah was born on 25 October 1960, in Delta, Southern Nigeria.

Family

Mama Rose is the mother of the banker and cleric Reverend Samuel Kporaro.

Career

Prior to her appointment as a local government employee, Mama Rose cooked and sold rice, then became employed as a typist and rose to deputy director of local government administration in the Delta State unified local government council.

In recognition of her contributions to civil service and local government administration in Nigeria, Mama Rose will be eventually honored with National awards by the Federal Government of Nigeria. She has an ordinary national diploma (OND) in business administration, a higher national diploma (HND) in business administration from ESUT, Enugu and a postgraduate diploma in education (PGDE) from the college of education, Warri.
