Radix is a global tech provider based in Or Yehuda, Israel[1] It offers device management solutions[2][3] focusing on enterprise single-purpose devices, training and education, VR, and IoT.[4][5] The solutions offered by Radix are implemented in millions of devices worldwide, helping to increase performance and stability while minimizing downtime, serving a wide range of clients, including SMBs, enterprises, governmental organizations, security services, financial institutions, universities, and education centers. History and overview
Radix was founded in 1992 by Dov Shoham, Michael Shoham, and Iddo Shoham.[11] It started as an IT integration company in the training and education vertical and later shifted to software development focusing on device management solutions.[12] Self-financed by its owners since its inception, Radix received its first external VC investment at the end of 2020. The company currently has a team of 50 professionals, with half focused on R&D.[13]
Radix device management solutions focus on consolidating all the organization devices, related work processes, and stakeholders in one easy-to-use management platform. The company specializes in device management for all kinds of Android (Android TV, AOSP, and Google TV), mainly used for single-purpose. Its device management platform, with its powerful VISO engine,[14][15] is cloud-based, facilitating users to increase administrative effectiveness, reduce operational complexity, and save time and money, making device management smarter and more focused.[16][17]
Radix deals with cybersecurity by offering modules like anti-theft, geofencing, and remote firmware update management, helping MSPs better monitor and secure their entire fleet of devices.[18][19]
Michael Shoham is the CEO of the company[20] and Nadav Avni the CMO.[21] Dov Shoham serves as Radix’s President, whereas Iddo Shoham is the CTO.
In June 2022, Radix launched a new version of its device management platform at ISTE. It showcased a tailor-made solution for IT admins to help them manage all school devices in one easy-to-use management platform.[22]
In January 2022, Radix launched a new version of its Android TV Manager at MWC 2022.[23] Radix Android TV Manager was shortlisted for the Best cloud innovation category at the CSI Awards 2022.[24]
In March 2020, Radix enabled unlimited access to its VISO device management platform for three months with full functionality, joining the fight against the COVID-19 spread.[25]
In February 2020, Radix launched its new solution for telcos, operators, and service providers, Android TV device management, and MDM at MWC, Fira de Barcelona.[26] It later changed its name to Android TV Manager.
In February 2023, Radix partnered with Yes, one of the big TV operators in Israel. Yes is using Radix's management platform to manage all of its Android TV devices.[27]

In July 2017, Clevertouch collaborated with Radix to launch the first-of-its-kind MDM solution offering centralized control for Pro Series and Plus Series screens regardless of location.[29]

Radix VISO device management
Radix’ proprietary VISO engine is a GDPR, CCPA, and ISO-compliant cloud-based device management platform that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). It enables users to increase administrative effectiveness, reduce operational complexity, customer churn, and improve customer experience and satisfaction.[30] The platform provides management capabilities to all stakeholders (IT admins, tech support, executives, coordinators, project managers, finance, marketing, developers and OEM, and vendors), seamless operation of all types of devices operating anywhere, with a set of relevant tools and unique user interface.[31]
Radix TeacherView
Radix TeacherView is a cloud-based custom solution for institutions to modify their teaching experience in a remote, local, or hybrid environment.[32] A teacher/trainer/lecturer can stay in touch with students while maintaining their digital safety and providing them with a better learning experience.[33]
In January 2020, Radix launched a new version of TeacherView.[34] It was highly commended in the 2022 Teach Secondary Awards in the hybrid learning category,[35] received 3 Stars at Teach Secondary 2020 Awards,[36] and was shortlisted at Gess Education Awards 2022 in the innovative software category.[37]
