The Northern Latitudinal Railway is a railway currently bing built in Northern Russia. The railway will be 707 kilometres long, and is projected to cost $3.5 billion in US dollars.
According to 'Popular Mechanics, when finished, it will be the most northerly railway in the world. Its northern terminus will be Sabetta, a port on the Kara Sea.
