Monika Khatwani[1][2][3] is an Indian motivational speaker, corporate trainer, counseling psychologist, and author. known for her notable achievements, Awarded as Top 60 speakers around the world in Global Talent Awards,[4] Women Face of the Year 2023 - Fox Story India,[5] Published Book: "Life Skills for Adults" (available on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).[6][7][8]

Early life and education

Monika Khatwani was born on 29th april in Ajmer, India. She grew up in a middle-class business family and faced financial obstacles throughout her early life. Despite the challenges, she displayed determination and a strong work ethic. In her teenage years, she began tutoring junior students to earn money. After completing her graduation, she moved to Delhi and joined a BPO company while striving to overcome financial hurdles. Monika Khatwani holds a PhD in Psychology (pursuing), M.A in Psychology, MBA in H.R, and a Bachelor's degree in Science with a specialization in Biology.[9]

Career

After facing a personal tragedy with the passing of her father, Monika Khatwani persevered and resumed her studies. She completed her post-graduation and obtained an MBA while working to support herself and her family. Throughout her career, she faced numerous challenges and setbacks but remained committed to her ambitions.[10]

In 2016, Monika started her own business, which unfortunately did not succeed and had to be shut down. Despite this setback, she continued to pursue her goals and resumed her job. She faced difficulties as a woman in a male-dominated professional environment, but she never stopped learning and kept herself updated with relevant knowledge through online courses.

Monika's resilience and determination led her to establish Uttavas Ridya Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Through Uttavas Ridya, she provides corporate training, life skills coaching, and counseling services. The company's mission is to empower individuals and help them become courageous and resilient, enabling them to overcome challenges in their personal and professional lives.[11][12]
