MIKEY was launched in June 2023 by XFactor.io, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-powered go-to-market platform with constant sales performance monitoring, real-time recommendations, and live analytics.[1]

In service of its vision to automate planning so businesses can focus on innovation, XFactor.io is developing a new kind of business technology for its XPlatform. The project, named MIKEY, leverages elite human advisory insights, context, and best practices to inform generative AI models which will deliver business plans, scenarios, and market predictions via an AI chatbot named MIKEY. He is trained on specific Go-to-Market static and dynamic data sets at the micro and macro economic planes to establish market trajectories and fluctuations, ultimately resulting in recommendations and predictions. MIKEY is not repurposed OpenAI technology but rather being designed from inception and trained by expert “parents” from the GTM industry. In fact, hidden in the MIKEY avatar are the initials of his creators.[1]
