Joseph Benza is an American Sheriff's deputy, working in California.[2][3][4]
Surveillance video released from a video store, shows Benza subjecting Emmett Brock to a brutal beating.[2][3][4] His justification for arresting Brock was that he had a dangerous air freshener hanging from his rear-view mirror.
