Garret Miller is an American who participated in an attempt to occupy the United States Congress from confirming the election of Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States.[1]

Tens of thousands of occupiers surrounded Congress. Miller was one of a smaller number who broke in to Congress. On February 22, 2023, he was convicted of several crimes, including a call to assassinate a member of Congress.[1]
