Intro and Career

Frank Cid is an American entrepreneur and investment banking professional with over 25 years of experience.

As the founder and CEO of several financial services companies, Cid has worked in investment banking since 2004, completing numerous capital formation and advisory transactions for both privately held and publicly traded companies across various industries. He has expertise in helping startups and businesses raise capital from seed funding through later-stage rounds and initial public offerings (IPOs).

In 2020, Cid founded two companies:

- CrowdChayne - A marketing platform that connects investors with startup businesses seeking to raise capital through equity crowdfunding.

- Monolith Capital Group - An investment banking consulting group focused on emerging growth, nanocap, and micro-cap companies. They advise clients on raising capital, going public, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2021, Cid established 28 Ventures, a pre-IPO investment fund that prioritizes investing in disruptive, innovative startup companies across sectors before they go public.

Throughout his career, Cid has helped fund hundreds of companies from early startup stages through exits via acquisitions or IPOs. He's described as sector agnostic, working with both pre-revenue startups, and publicly listed nano/micro-cap companies.
