Dr. Masum KABIR is a Professional Management Trainer, Chartered Accountant (U.K.) and a Sr. HR Professional. He completed his doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) in Human Resource Management from Oxford Trent University, Texas, USA, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow, India, Major in HRM and Masters in Human resource management from Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka. He is a popular Management Trainer in Bangladesh.
Career
Dr. Masum KABIR is the Group General Manager Operations of a leading Agro based Industries. He is assigned for developing and implementing SCM strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Mr. Kabir is a professional Charted Accountant (U. K.). He Completed his Ph. D and Masters in Human Resource Management from Oxford Trent University, Texas, USA and MBA From Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow, India. Dr. Masum Kabir joined a leading Agro Based Company on August 2022. He started his career as a management trainee since 1998 in Transcom Group (Operations- PepsiCo, Pizza hut and KFC). He was an assistant manager in Rangs Group (Mitsubishi and Mercetiz Benz). In Navana Toyota he worked as a manager HR and Corporate Affairs. Then he entered into textile and garments sector in Dhaka. He worked in Epyllion Group, SQ Group, DBL Group, Esquire Group, Palmal group and Ha-meem Group in Bangladesh. Mr. Kabir worked in Seven Horse Cement and Hamko Group also. As a Country Manager Mr. Kabir worked in SKYLINK Aviation. He was an ex-member of Bangladesh Wage Board and Labor Court. Even he worked with a renowned labor advocate Mr. S. A. Haque. He is a parttime faculty in public and private universities in MBA program. A university in Tamilnaru gave him award for contributing to Bangladesh Human Resource Management sector. Mr. Kabir was born in Pabna, Bangladesh but his education and upbringing was in Dinajpur Bangladesh. His father was an employee of Mujibnagar Government and worked as an associate of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibor Rahman. His mother had been awarded as Azad Products Ratno Grava Maa. Ha has a daughter and his wife is a lawyer as well. He received several management trainings in abroad as well as in Bangladesh and he has visited 90 countries already. He has a brother who is a professor in pharmacy department of University of Sydney.
