Dr. Manoj Kumar actively took part in several community service activities. From 2003 – 2009 he participated in Rural Health Care Clinics – Sri Alluri Sita Rama Raju academy of medical sciences Hospital helped to organize several health fair clinics in Eluru, Vijayawada. He provided patient education and promoted regular physician visits. In the years 2009-2010 he offered free medical treatment for the needy and poor in Bishop John St.Joseph hospital. From 2010-2014 he conducted several Health camps and blood donation camps near Vijayawada. He also organised a Health awareness camp in his own village called “Palle Seva-Prajarogyam”.
