The founder named Call2Customer as his consultancy service and started the development of their company present for the market.

Call2Customer set their own inbound calls answering and outbound calling delivery center and bagged known businesses for:

  • Medical professionals' data search/mine and data management support for world education continuing organization.
  • USA IT Company to business customers for their SAS and LMS.

Call2Customers Call Center set up a delivery center with 120 seats and implemented trends technology to keep all working facilities in the cloud. And sign up with Russian businesses to take care of their telephone order-taking service.
