KAT-01 is a fictional character and third party Transformer homage to Beast Machines Strika by KOncept Art Toys.

KOncept Art Toys announced their plans to make a Strika homage from the Meng-Badi version of the Universe Ultra Onslaught toy in April 2014.

The designation of KAT-01 for the project was suggested by Mathew Robert Ignash.

A recolor of the Meng Badi version of the Universe Ultra Onslaught toys with a new head. Turns from robot to APC. Comes with a shield.

This toy may also be used to make homage to Strika's drones and to the Autobot Impactor.
