A.R.C., the "angelic robot car", is a fictional character created by Rabid Squirrel and Monolith Productions as a third party Transformer homage to the Transformer Autobot Arcee. She turns into a car. Inspired by the Transformers US animated series finale, her head transforms into an exo-suited Daniel Witwicky.
CyberFembot A.R.C. toys were sold at CybCon 2006. $50 for unassembled, and $100 for assembled. Art prints of A.R.C. sold for $5 to $10 each.
Other third party homages to Arcee include Impossible Toys' Valkyrie, iGear's Delicate Warrior and Perfect Effect's RC.
Development
A.R.C. was designed by sculptor Eric Chan.
A.R.C. went up for preorder in June 2005.[1]
Reception
Fictional biography
CyberFembot A.R.C. was created by the ancients in a time before the great wars. Designed for battle, she's a powerhouse of destruction built on a sleek, sexy chassis. With a top speed of over 900mph in both cyber and vehicle modes, she is almost impossible to catch. Her massive plasma-recoil pistols fire ionized Carbonium rounds that tear through the thickest armor plate. A.R.C. believes there is nothing sweeter than utter annihilation of her enemies.
