Zoe Fragou
Zoe Fragou is an organizational psychologist, business coach, and speaker.[1] She is known for her work in culture transformation and leadership development.[2][3][1]
Early life and education
Zoe Fragou was born in Greece. She earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.[3][4][5][6][7] Fragou is also licensed as a clinical psychologist and holds a postgraduate degree in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.[3][4][5][6][7]
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Panteion University, her research centers on the psychometrics of corporate culture.[3][4][8][5][6][7]
Career
Fragou collaborates with international organizations, employing data-driven strategies for continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.[1] She also develops psychometric tools and performance evaluation systems for defining corporate culture and optimizing recruitment processes.[4]
She serves as a mentor for Women on Top, a feministic organization advocating workplace equality.[3][8][5][6][7]
She is a senior member of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching.[3][5][6][7]
Fragou is engaged in academia, delivering lectures at universities and serving as a keynote speaker on topics including leadership, culture, mental health, and women's leadership.[3][5][6]
In 2023, Zoe held a top 15 coaching rank in Athens.[9] Since September 2023, she has been serving as a trainer for the World Health Organization (WHO), focusing on executive leadership and mental health development.
Awards and recognition
Zoe Fragou received the Best Career Coach award at the 2021 Global Coaching Conference for her professional contributions.[3][5][6][7]
Zoe is recognized as a top 10 thought leader in coaching and a top 50 influencer in the field of mental health.[10][11]
