Yvng Tondo
Dini Michael Agamiri, professionally known as Yvng Tondo[1] is an Afrobeats artist, songwriter and entrepreneur.[2][3]
Early life and career
Yvng Tondo was born in Fargo, North Dakota on July 23rd, 1999. At a very young age, he learned to play musical instruments at church with family and friends where through the years honed his craft. After graduating from high school, Tondo decided to pursue music as a career where he started writing music and singing together with his friends.[4]
With time, Yvng Tondo and his team were able to put together a full scale production and recording studio. In December 2020, Tondo released his first record, Precious, which has a fusion of Swahili and English to showcase his raw talent and versatility.[5]
He's latest releases include 1999 and Sweet Love. Tondo developed his sound through a wave of genres mainly dancehall, bongo flava, pop, hip hop and R&B.[6]
