WeConcile is a mobile app that helps couples and individuals with relationship restoration and self-growth. It is an educational system that includes over 200 topics, which are sequentially delivered, and offers experiential exercises and guided partner interactions.[1]

Overview

WeConcile was founded by Jennifer J. Lehr, a licensed marriage and family therapist and educator,[2] and co-founded by Mike Bosworth.[3] Lehr began writing WeConcile in 2010,[4] and worked for more than four years creating and compiling the resources in the app to help couples and individuals increase their relational intelligence (RQ, learn more about their cycle, underlying feelings and identify wounds and triggers that could sabotage relationships[5] to resolve conflicts. Lehr specializes in educating couples on the relationship skills needed to build a solid, connected, and loving partnership. She is a regular contributor to her blogs, WeConcile’s Blog, and Jennifer’s Blog, designed to help people improve their lives and relationships.

Based on Orcas Island, WA, WeConcile offers mental health and relationship resources revolutionizing how people build trust, create connections, foster loving relationships, and live fulfilling lives. A therapeutic relational happiness program, WeConcile provides short videos on relational issues to help people with their relationships, as well as instructional videos for the WeConcile app, developed in November 2022.[6]

WeConcile incorporates emotionally focused therapy, the most statistically successful couples’ therapy modality among other couples modalities. All the modules of the program focus on providing its users with better self-awareness and understanding to equip them with the tools they need for insight, growth and improved RQ. The WeConcile app provides cost-effective, instantly accessible relationship guidance to its users.[7][8]

After couples or individuals sign up for the app, they are given separate login info to set up their profiles. In each topic, they choose their learning areas to work on separately and then come together to discuss. The WeConcile program consists of 18 audio levels (growing to 24), as well as topics broken down into lessons, exercises, nuggets, stories and meditations. It includes an acute area to help its users get through emotional intensity. Much of the WeConcile app is done individually, with spouses checking in with each other occasionally for discussion or to complete shared exercises in We Island.[9]

New features

The WeConcile app is meant for a couple to go through on their own, without the need for a therapist or counselor.
