Wayne A. Jones

In March 2013, Wayne A. Jones a homeless West Virginia man, with schizophrenia, was stopped by Police, for not walking on the sidewalk, and was ultimately tazed, beaten, kicked, and ultimately shot and killed.[1]


His killing occurred at night
