Wallie Sue (born Waltsie H Risner, September 1, 1995, Oklahoma City), professionally known as Weeb Empress, Empress Kitten, and Real Velma, is an Asian-Indian-descent American adult content creator, cosplayer, OnlyFans model, entrepreneur, and realtor. She is known for inventing the Weeb Dance and the Secret Anime Society hashtag. She co-founded Weebdynasty, an online social media marketing and consulting companyy.[1][2]
