He pursued his education at Sree Vidya Peeth in Narketpally, and during his intermediate studies, he attended Guntur Vikas Junior College in Hyderabad. For his undergraduate degree in General Medicine, he attended Lugansk State Medical University and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

In 2003, he participated in the 5th International Science Talent Examination, securing the first rank at the school level. Additionally, he successfully passed the 46th Annual All India UN Information Test, a nationwide test conducted by the Council for UN Information under the aegis of the United Schools Organisation of India, on August 30, 2003.
Furthermore, he actively engaged in extracurricular activities. He participated in the Green Olympiad 2004, sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. Viinay Sarikonda holds various leadership roles in different companies. In Quantum Kore Innovation Inc (SBOX) based in the USA, he currently serves as the Director and South Asia Head. This company recently announced a new patent aimed at supporting future construction endeavors on Mars. Additionally, Quantum Kore Innovation (SBOX) possesses three separate patents related to green energy.
In his role at Databoss Inc USA, he acts as the Director and Asia Pacific President. Databoss Inc. specializes in technology consulting, business consulting, investment advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. The company manages a portfolio of publicly listed and NASDAQ top-listed companies.
