Early Life
Victor Enquire Ibarra professionally known as Victor E. Ibarra is an Entrepreneur ( was born on April 20, 1992) David,Chiriqui in Panama. He attended Catholic Elementary School Colegio San Agustin, Ciudad de David Panama. He proceeded to Colegio nuestra señora de Los Angeles middle school and high school. In 2007, Victor and his family moved from Panama to the United States, where he attended Walter Williams High School 9-12 in Burlington, North Carolina. He furthered his education at Alamance Community College and later Guilford Tech Community College. While still attending the International Business School in 2013, Victor became a hair loss specialist.
Career
After suffering from hair loss at the age of 19, Victor noticed how it impacted his self confidence igniting a new passion to help others become the best version of themselves in spite of hair loss. He tried many different hair products, remedies, and hair styles to cover up the receding hairline and with no success he then found a solution in Scalp Micro Pigmentation and it changed his life. Since then, Victor created a career out of hair loss as an SMP practitioner and through his continuing education in advanced SMP methods, Victor makes it his mission to help others become the best version of themselves with SMP. Scalp Micro Pigmentation is a non-invasive treatment that uses detailed micro-needles to deposit pigment into the scalp. Victor believes Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) is an innovative solution to hair loss and the building blocks of hair technology.
As an entrepreneur, Victor owns a SMP clinic, Scalp Micro Pro, in North Carolina making it the first SMP Clinic in North Carolina. With additional locations in California, Texas and Washington, D.C. he works alongside a trichologist and a hair transplant surgeon. He offers a complimentary consultation, after-care products and training sessions. As an SMP practitioner and through his continuing education in advanced SMP methods, he has written a book titled ‘A Micro & Co Master plan - The Guide to succeed in SMP/PMU Industry’ which is one of the best selling in the industry. His commitment, hard work, research, positive impact on the prevailing society, his extensive technical expertise, product development and strong partnerships in the SMP industry has helped him effectively solved over 2,000 scalp problems in the course of 9 years.
Today, Victor is one of the top leaders in Scalp Micro Pigmentation in the United States. In his extensive research, he specializes in hairline restoration, hair density, FUT & FUE camouflage, laser micro pigmentation removal, scalp, hair and face treatment. His hobbies includes traveling, food, investing and sports. His interests are aircraft, fishing, kayaking and networking contributing to his success in the SMP business.
