Your Jim Varney article's initial version was so long I thought I better compare it to the wikipedia version, to make sure it wasn't just a copy.

Copying wikipedia articles is allowed, under certain conditions. I regularly find articles copied from the wikipedia that don't abide by those conditions. I usually tag them with a {{db-copyright}}. Sometimes I replace them with a very short stub.

A request

You are currently the sole author of Deleted:Johnangel101.

If add a {{db-requested}} tag to this article, when I deleted it the deletion log robot will say something "db-requested, and the sole author was..."

This makes for a cleaner deletion log.

The Deleted: namespace is a (temporary) workspace for articles that were ported to wikialpha by the save article robot. We don't use it for abandoned articles the author wants deleted... Geo Swan (talk) 04:52, 19 June 2023 (UTC)
