Sterling Terrance Hospedales was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, and he came to America at the age of 14. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served approximately 8 years as an infantryman. Sterling has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Adams State University. He also has a Paralegal Studies Certificate and an Advance Paralegal Studies Certificate from Adams State University as well. Upon leaving the military and wanting to further his education Sterling received his Master’s in Legal Studies from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Currently, Sterling is the Executive Director of 25x4.Org. He also runs a mentorship program and podcast which acknowledges and addresses the importance of therapy for young black males.
