Carlos G Turpeau Ramos, known professionally as Tulpi The Barber (Born October 2, 1992) is a Puerto Rican Barber. singer, poet & entrepreneur. The art expressed through his haircuts, along with his music and motivational speeches have led him to position himself as one of the top barbers in South Carolina. He has gained local and international recognition, leading him to establish a solid company and become part of prominent brands such as "Level 3"

Early Life

Carlos G Turpeau Ramos was born on October 2, 1992, in Puerto Rico, Growing up, he developed an interest in music and hairstyle, taking on haircuts as a hobby in his 9th grade. At the age of 12, he moved to the USA, specifically to Greenville South Carolina.

Career

After a few years, he began to educate himself and work on a dream, which today is a reality, a couple of years ago, he opened his own company in Downtown Greenville, SC

His Company "Barber Gallery" operates with 12 barbers along with him, this barbers also have the opportunity to educate themselves through Tulpi. since he is also a State of South Carolina Licensed Instructor, certified for "Scalp Micro-Pigmentation" and "Hair Replacement". Barber Gallery has won two years in a row the award given by the city as "Revelation Business Of The Year".

They also lead "Booksy" rankings as the barbershop with the most 5-star reviews in the world. achievements like this have given him opportunities to be a "Booksy" ambassador, he has been traveling around the US to collaborate and work with the brand. "Tulpi The Barber" is the first barber to do Authentic motivational speeches with a message of self-improvement.

Causing the reaction of Elite Barbers in the industry such as "Bori The Barber", "Pacinos" and "Arod23" among others. The Speeches have been the basis for his career to take another turn. Being nominated for Barber Grammys by Barber Expo. Opening doors for partnering with strong, visionary and world-renowned brands such as "L3VEL3"

His ideas and projects caught the attention of the most famous and influent barber in the Industry "AROD23", leading this a collaboration between them, which was released in November 2022 called "El Portal", they are barbers as well as songwriters, music and barbershop have always gone hand by hand, making this collabora- tion a game changer in the barber industry, they booth share a similar vision, creating "El Portal" aims to change the game by influencing and motivating others, The art of the barbershop has no limits since being a barber is being an artist and art has no limits.
