Tran Xuan Loc was born in Thanh Hoa, Long An. He studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ton Duc Thang University and is currently majoring in Executive Diploma In Digital Marketing at FPT Education[2] và master of Business Administration at the school Western Sydney University[3] (Việt Nam).

Tran Xuan Loc started working at Sailwave Blue, he took on the role of founder and operator.
