History
The Appointment Setter Agency was founded by James Fulmer on September 1, 2020 in Thailand. He is also the CEO of the company. The Appointment setter Agency started as an attempt from James to break free from his miserable situation. In 2019, James was working 12-hour graveyard shifts in a cold, small town in Colorado. He moved away from friends and family and he was all on his own. He was bored, miserable, and felt stuck. His personal life suffered greatly and he was very unhappy. Rewind the clock several years. James was a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree. James grew up thinking that going to school and getting an education was the recipe for success. But not only was college expensive…the jobs he landed were not paying me what he thought he was worth. He went to school for a total of 5 years and paid close to $60,000 only to get rejected by jobs paying $65,000 a year because he didn’t have enough experience.
James ended up living with his parents as a teacher in California for three years to save money. After three years of saving up as much as he could, he still couldn’t afford to buy a decent place for himself. He felt like such a loser. Living with his parents well into his twenties and still not making enough money to get his own place. Let alone be financially free. James started looking for some ways to do a side hustle. Several years before this he was doing online teaching and coaching. The money was ok...but he could work remotely. He tried starting an independent online teaching platform…but it failed very quickly as James ran out of funds and time. He simply did not have the skills or the knowledge to get it up and running.
Then he started looking into real estate. At the time, the real estate market was booming in Colorado, and he saw it as a way to become financially free. He spent over $10,000 he had saved up from living with his parents to pay for a course on wholesaling and starting a business. He worked hard and he was tenacious, but he couldn’t afford the marketing costs that were mounting…and with him still working his job he didn’t have enough time to learn the business fast enough. James had failed again. Finally, James decided on a different route. I saved up the rest of his money and quit his job in Colorado. He had finally had enough and decided to search for a different route. This was “appointment setting”. He saw an ad and soon enrolled in a 30 day course. He felt he had nothing to lose and put all his efforts into the course. He couldn’t have made a better decision.
Within two months of enrolling in the program, he was already getting paid. Nothing too crazy. A couple thousand per month. But he actually felt he was making progress. He was finally earning based on my performance. Shortly after James moved to Bali and then later to Thailand. Within a month he was making more than he ever made as a teacher ($4K per month), and a few months later he was making as much as he was at his previous job ($7K per month). And all the while he was living in paradise. He was actually having fun and living his life working 5 hours a day. Previously he was working 12-hour shifts in the middle of the night in a small town in cold Colorado…using a degree he spent 5 years and almost $60,000…Just to make the same amount after he got an education that took 30 days and a fraction of the cost. Appointment setting TRULY changed James’ life. Some might even say it saved it. The overwhelming experience of finally experiencing true freedom only gave James more motivation.
He knew that the world was full of people just like him. Slaving away and working hard at a job they hate. He knew that if only they put in the same effort into the right opportunity they could experience the same freedom and joy he had. So James decided to take everything he has learned and give the world access. The Appointment Setter Agency was not built to become a cash cow. This was built as a way to help others in a similar situation as James. He had carried the pain of living a life hated for so many years that he refused to be a passive bystander as millions do the same.
