Template documentationThis template is designed to generate small caps text for an initialism, acronym, or abbreviation. There are various options for linking and for generating the name in full.
Note: This template is used as a meta-template for several shortcut templates, including {{USSB}}, {{USMC}}, {{NDRF}}, and {{NOTS}}.
Usage
Parameters
This template requires two parameters
- name — the full text
- short — the initialism, initialism, acronym, or abbreviation
Optional parameters
There is one optional parameter for controlling the output:
- first — to specify various optional output options (see examples below for options)
