What does and doesn't belong here...

Another contributor cut some material from this article with the edit summary "The article ended with a quote from Mike Strobel, in which he compares women to "deer" and rapists to "hapless deer-hunters." Strobel is harmfully obtuse about women's/human's rights issues and this analogy should not be repeated."

Personally I don't admire either Sanguinetti, or Stroebel either. I considered creating an article on Sanguinetti, on the wikipedia, and concluded it would end up being redirected to slutwalk.

One could say Sanguinetti was at least as harmfully obtuse about womens rights as Stroebel.

It might seem obvious to some that views we disagree with should simply be suppressed. It is not obvious to me.

Wikipedia is governed by both a set of policies, and long-standing conventions. On this much smaller wiki there are neither. So, let's discuss this issue, OK?

I am going to email the other party a version of this note.
