Suzette Rouleau (1918-2006) was the older sister of Pierre Elliott Trudeau, a former Prime Minister of Canada.[1]

Suzette was close to Pierre, in one of her rare interviews she described a teenage fist fight where she defended Pierre from Michel Chartrand, three years her senior, who would be a labor leader, later in life.[1]

Rouleau attended the 1968 Liberal Party of Canada convention where her brother was chosen as party leader, and Prime Minister.[2] She is said to have commented on her brother's sudden and overwhelming popularity: "My goodness, Pierre is like a Beatle."
