Susana Campanella
Susana Campanella an American-Colombian businessperson and the founder and CEO of Gluteboost, a Miami Beach-based health and beauty company that provides non-invasive solutions for women's curve-enhancement needs.[1][2]
Early life and education
Campanella was born on May 25, 1986 in Barranquilla, Colombia and later moved to the United States. She graduated in 2011 from the Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and also did an Associate's Degree in Psychology. Later she did Post Graduate Certification SLPA, Speech Language Pathology/Pathologist in 2013 from the University of Nebraska. She joined the Harvard Business School Online in 2023 and did the Business Certificate in Leading with Finance.[3][2]
Career
In 2011, Campanella joined Allstar Assurance, a Weston, Florida-based insurance agency, where she worked until 2018.[3]
From 2015-16, she worked at different other agencies including Allstate Agency, BFF Academy, and BayRidge Academy.[3]
In 2015, she founded a Miami Beach-based health and beauty company, Gluteboost, which provides non-invasive solutions for women's curve-enhancement needs.[3][4] The company became a certified B Corporation in February 2023.[5]
She also strongly supports Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and in February 2023 she announce to partnered with WEPs of the United Nations to promote women's empowerment and gender equality in the workplace.[6] And she has more than 80% women employees at Gluteboost.[7][8]
She has extensive experience working with customers and employees from diverse industries and backgrounds. Working in different verticals over the past decade has allowed her to understand consumers and their needs better. Susana has been an entrepreneur for over a decade now and is passionate about growth, market analyses, consumer behavior, creative content, and being able to offer people solutions to their needs.[9][10][11]
