He was knocking back a lot of work because he had no time to take on multiple projects. Later, Frisina decided to create a team of talented graphic designers, web developers, and digital marketers to take on multiple projects, focusing his skills primarily on project management and quality assurance and establishing Sunlight Media. He gradually transitioned from music and freelancer into building an agency with a reliable team.[3]
