Born in Akola, Maharashtra, Sharda spent her formative years at Vidyamandir & Swavalambi Vidyalaya. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Smt Laxmibai Radhakishan Toshniwal (LRT) Commerce College, Akola.

On May 10, 2006, Sharda married CA Deepakraj Murarilal Lala in Mumbai. Despite marital responsibilities, she continued her academic journey, achieving qualifications as an IRDA and AMFI Certified Financial Advisor.
