Career

Jordan made the decision to ultimately incorporate the inherited knowledge into their own 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon wine, bringing both generations of expertise and personal passion to the endeavour. Red Bear Winery's cabernet sauvignon, which was produced with luxury in mind, is designed to improve and elevate even the most routine events into unforgettable memories. The market for high-end red wines is expected to increase by 234% in 2020 alone, so Jordan's influence on the sector will undoubtedly be a welcome addition as word of mouth about Red Bear Winery continues to spread.[4]

As a local of Los Angeles, Jordan has given several of the town's popular restaurants his own unique stamp. One such place is Olivetta, a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant on Melrose Avenue that was painstakingly created to transport you back to the exact nations that served as the inspiration for its cuisine. The upscale West Hollywood restaurant Issima, which serves European-inspired dishes and self-described "hedonistic" beverages, was also founded by Jordan. Jordan has announced the upcoming launch of his own wine brand, Red Bear Winery, which is scheduled to make its debut by the end of 2021, as a follow-up to his hospitality endeavours. The full-bodied cabernet sauvignon, made with grapes lovingly picked from his family's own Sonoma County vineyard, is expected to create a sensation at dining places nationwide.[5]

The full-bodied cabernet sauvignon is destined to make a sensation at dining places throughout the world, most likely including Jordan's own Olivetta and Issima. It is made with grapes meticulously picked from his family's own Sonoma County vineyard. Jordan, who has a great talent for creating inviting experiences, has also expanded his career into the tourism industry with his sustainable tourism business, EnviTours. Jordan's creative approach to high-end travel assists travellers in actively giving back to the same exotic areas they visit, thereby improving the globe. It was created to bridge the gap between all-inclusive luxury vacations and local community involvement.[6][7]
