Roy Hamilton III, the grandson of the legendary singer Roy Hamilton, has become one of the most popular, multi-award-winning songwriters and music producers in the world. He is a renowned A&R executive, having worked with different artists and major record labels for years. Roy has a Master's degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music. He got signed at 17 years of age and has since progressed to greater heights as a music producer and songwriter for more than two decades.

The Singer's Company Inc. hired Roy Hamilton in 2019. He is the Executive Producer and the Head of A&R, where he works under the mentorship of Wayne Williams. His main roles include working with the recording artists signed at The Singer's Company to help them craft their music style. He also runs camps, songwriting workshops, and sessions to find appropriate songs for the artists. Roy Hamilton III delights in mentoring young people to help them succeed in the music industry. He attributes his success to his love and support from his family and mentors when growing his music career. For him, mentorship is one of his greatest callings.
