Ralph H. Watson

The Ralph H. Watson was a lake freighter built in 1937, for the Pittsburgh Steamship Company, a subsidiary of US Steel.[1] She was launched at River Rouge, Michigan, by her builder, Great Lakes Engineering Works.[2]
The vessel was 610 feet long.[1] She cost $1.5 million. She was built to carry 12,000 tons or ore, or coal, or other bulk cargos.[3]
