Currently, aside from managing Lincode, he is a highly skilled software designer with experience in Healthcare, Advertisement, Telecom, IT Networking & domain. He also has experience in C++,.Net Framework 1.1, 2.0, and 3.5(C#.Net), Reporting Services, Web Services, T-SQL, VBA, Ajax, Powershell, PHP, Python, and Javascript for over 12 years now.
Having extensive exposure to various online tools and applications for business intelligence, data management, and competition tracking, Rajesh transforms manufacturers into smart factories with vision intelligence. Lincode Labs helps manufacturers identify product defects in the assembly line using AI and ML. The company's innovative, proprietary, and patent-pending deep learning algorithms help manufacturers overcome the high false positives from Machine Vision technology.
With three exited ventures under his belt and board-level guidance of several Bay Area tech firms, Rajesh actively guides the next generation of entrepreneurs as an advisor and investor. Having been named CEO of the Year and delivering thought leadership talks at global conferences.
On a personal level, Rajesh is also an avid sports enthusiast. He loves playing cricket and is a huge fan of the NFL and ice hockey. These are activities he enjoys sharing with his son.
