Professional University is a private University Act recognized by His Excellency the President of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh under Article No. (g) of the Gazette dated 21 August 1994. Gazette 18 July 2010 Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad Private University Act No. (9) and Ministry of Education Gazette 16 October 2014 No. (07) Recognized Universities Act has been established in accordance with all the provisions of the Professional University, all its activities are conducted according to the official gazette.The Professional University Accreditation Authority is recognized by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Switzerland.
