Paul A. Hodgkins is an American rioter, who broke into the United States Capitol building on January 6, 2021.[1]

He is the second individual to plead guilty to charges stemming from the riot.[1] He pled guilty to "obstructing an official proceeding of Congress". Four lesser charges were dismissed.

Hodgkins appeared in video of the rioter's occupation of the United States Senate chambers.[2]

Hodgkins apologized for his role in the riot.[3] His lawyer argued that Hodgkinson's posting of selfies from the riot, to social media, showed he did not realize, at the time, that he was doing something wrong.
